Fraser McConnell

Fraser McConnell qualified from the University of Edinburgh in 1993 and has worked as a veterinary radiologist for the last 24 years, initially at Cambridge Veterinary School and then at the Animal Health Trust.

During the 6 years he spent at the AHT he developed an interest in MRI and neuroimaging. Fraser became a Diplomate of the European College of Veterinary Diagnostic Imaging in 2003 and is a RCVS/European specialist in veterinary diagnostic imaging and Fellow of the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons.

In 2006 he moved to head and develop the diagnostic imaging service at the Small Animal Teaching Hospital of the University of Liverpool. His clinical and research interests are all aspects of small animal MRI and neuroimaging.
