Description
In this this dry lab session we will present the applications of 3D printing in spinal surgery as surgical aid for vertebral stabilisation. We will discuss the use of 3D printed patient specific drill guides and custom implants in various conditions such as atlanto-axial subluxation, cervical spondylomyelopathy, thoracic kyphosis with vertebral malformation and degenerative lumbo-sacral stenosis. You will be able to use drill guides on 3D printed vertebral models and place pedicle screws as part of the session.
